"Did a great job etching a name on a Yeti water bottle for me that I gave as a gift. The only issue is that parentheses were put with name (ex: "name") not sure why that was done, I simply asked for the name. I didn't say anything when I picked it up because there wasn't time left to correct it before I had to gift it. Just looks a little odd but it is what is. Future personalized merchandise I know to make it clear I don't want any surprise additions. I apologized to the gift recipient for the error made and hope they enjoy it."
