"Great, local bike store. I’m always taken care of when I go in, whether I need parts, service, or just to look around"
"Excellent service. Got all the help I needed and then some. They serviced my bike and recommended some excellent tires I added on too. Love just talking with the knowledable employees. Really are a wealth of knowledge and so down to earth."
"I've been to many bike shops and this is by far the best. Its a small store so some things may not be in stock, but when I've ordered them they have always come in short order. John and the guys are always so helpful. They will take their time and completely explain the pros and cons on each of my questions on products. I've bought several things from them and have never been disappointed. I don't own a trek, i actually own a BMC and they have always fixed anything i had without fail. I am planning on a new venture in a mountain bike, and this is the first place i will stop, its always the first place i stop. if had to pay more here than some where else id still buy it here, that's how much theses guys mean to me. master class in customer service every time. Lance"
"Great quick service. Had some chain issues in my kids bike that they fixed. Friendly service with the kids being in the store with me. Overall good experience."
"I was so rattled by my experience there, that I almost did not post this review in fear of some type of retaliation. I am a mother of two and I’ve bought multiple bikes and accessories there over the years. I have been a trek owner for three decades. This was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. I came in with my one year-old son, and my six year old son. His broken trek bicycle, which I had recently purchased at the store for a large amount of money (over 500 spent including helmet, tool), was in the back of my car. The bicycle broke during our family trail walk and so I drove it straight to the store once back in the car. My two small dogs were also with me in the car. It was in the middle of a heat wave I did not want to leave my child or dogs in the car so I carried my baby inside and the dogs followed me. I asked the man (John) inside if I could bring my dogs in and he said yes. There were three male employees in the store. Two were standing at the cash register doing nothing there were no customers in the store other than myself. None of them offered to help me with anything seeing how overloaded I was I asked if they could get the Bicycle out of the car for me. The man refused unless I went with him carrying my baby back outside with me and the dogs. Since it was such an issue, I offered to get it myself if they would just watch my family in the store for 1 minute. He refused laughing. Again, three men doing nothing laughing at an overloaded single mom. I then did as he asked and carried my baby outside to the car. At this point he refused to open the door and made me do it while holding the baby. I finally asked him what the problem was and why he was acting this way. He started to argue with me and so I went back inside. He followed me back inside and did not get the bicycle out. I again ask him what the problem was. At this point, he was nothing but rude to me, and refused to serve me at all, and told the two men at the cash register who had still not lifted a finger or offered to not help me. I cannot begin to explain how shocked I was to be treated so badly as a customer at a place I have been going to for my bicycles in my bicycle help for years and recently purchased a bicycle from. I’m telling you it was every bit of the most ungentlemanly thing I’ve ever seen on all three parts. the two men the cash register (one named Micheal) , never even looked up at me, or offered to help at all. I was very upset and shocked at this point, he told me to leave and started recording me, I gathered up my family by myself once again and went back to the car and left. I cried on the way home. Then I drove over to bike Works. There, the one employee, with multiple customers coming in, welcomed my whole family inside and gave my dogs water. He got the bicycle out and even quoted me on how much it would cost to fix the issue and he helped me find a bike rack. He was never once rude to me and was very welcoming to my children. He even listen to me talk about my experience as I wiped my tears away. I’m a grown woman with a career in a single mother caring for two boys. I cannot believe that this happened. I will never go back."
