"Tried buying item posted on facebook marketplace by the owner, ad stated item is in used-fair condition which, as defined by facebook, means it is in usable condition. seller told me he would get a shipping quote and let me know in a day or two when he was "at his warehouse", he never replied until after i had messaged him twice and after waiting until the end of the second day. when he did reply all he said after being asked if he had the quote was "no. busy day." i waited awhile and never received any other messages, i sent him another message stating i wanted to buy the item if he wants to sell it please let me know etc. he replied some time later and said he'd look up a quote at that time if i supplied my address, which i did. after receiving the quote i informed him i wanted to buy it as long as it works as intended. he replied that the item may or may not work as stated on the ad, however the ad stated that the item does work as intended. i asked if he would want to test the item to see if it works and if so i will buy it, he replied with some sort of strange message that i cant find any relevance within to our conversation. i asked what it meant and he then said it does not work you dont want it good luck. Should this review be contested in any manner i would be glad to share screenshots if needed. Do not recommend this seller to anyone that is looking to actually conduct honest business in any sort of timely manner. It made me post with one star or i would have left zero stars."

"I spent 2,000 plus dollars for an ice cream dipping cabinet that was shipped to me in Miami. Equipment failed to ever freeze properly and i'm past another $1,000 in troubleshooting and repairs. (Leaks, bad compressor)Despite multiple messages, phone calls etc. I've received ZERO response. Sorry, that's disgraceful. I guess the one star is for actually putting the untested equipment on the truck."
