"What a wonderful experience for my girls! Being new to the area, I have only tried one other grooming salon in Toccoa for my 2 Shih Tzus. My biggest concern is always safety - my Bella is a "runner". The salon sits a good bit off the road and was very secure. The entry door was locked and the grooming area is separate from the check in area and everything I saw was very clean. Gloria and staff did an excellent job with Bella and Pippi, who tends to get a little tangled! They were groomed exactly as I asked, the price was reasonable and they were fast - calling me back in less than 3 hours to let me know they were ready. The dogs came home happy - a great sign that they were treated well. I already have a follow up appointment!"
