"December 14, 2023 at 3pm Did a online order because it stated it will be ready 2 hours later. (1 hour 45 minutes) later, I go to the store to let them know im here assuming its about down. Order was not ready and nobody knew about it. (Cool as we got 15 mins left before the deadline) I was advised that they will start working on the order. (15 mins later) a young lady bring me partial of the order and immediately say, we don’t have the rest of your order so it will be refunded back to you… no hey, do you want xyz instead. Honestly felt rushed. Customer service is what keeps businesses running. Please train your staff on customer relations."

"Went to get 24 extra red balloons to be released in memory of my grandson who left us to soon Oct 26 was his birthday, even though the balloons wasn’t ready another employee stepped in and helped to get them ready, I understood why they weren’t ready the store was packed they were doing an excellent job help getting people out with no problems, good job party city, that they we ended up buying 74 red balloons two letters balloons and one number balloons our baby heavenly birthday celebration and as amazingly awesome."

"Went to the store about two weeks ago to look for decorations. There is a sign on the door that says no strollers. Well, my child requires a stroller as he can not walk without assistance. We go inside, get a few feet in and are promptly asked to leave the store because of the stroller. When I told the employee he requires the stroller for his disability and she can’t ask us to leave because of ADA laws, she stated “I don’t care. It needs to go or you’ll be trespassed”. So we left. I was gonna let it slide but my wife keeps nagging me about it so I decided I would leave this review for others to see so that they will think before giving business to this discriminatory store and I’m also calling their corporate or regional or whoever. I’m hopeful I’ll see the sign removed or at least altered soon."

"I had to return my balloons because they kept deflating. The manager was nice about it though he returned my money."

"Based on the name, you would think this place would be fun...so not true. Could be covid-related. I'm not sure, but it's a depressing building. Five stars for the pond outside, though...beautiful!"
