"To drop off donations is supposed to be 8-5 Monday-Sat. I went to drop off donated items Friday around 2:00 & there was a yellow chain across the road stating that fact. I realize that it would be a holiday week end so I would come back on Tuesday. Well I looked at their hours and now they will not be open until Wed. Very irritating. Now I do not know if I want to mess with them or not."

"Dropping off donations and an older gentleman on a forklift yelled at me that non-food donations go to another building. A gentleman was already unloading my car and taking the donations to the correct building. The parking near the correct building was full. This was my first time donating to this organization and I'm hoping that this isn't a common occurrence."
