"Great McDonald's 8/10 times. Usually staff is very nice, and competent. Drive thru may only take 10 minutes or so to get your food and have you on your way. I've visited a lot in the last year since it's implement. Very rarely a compliment. Inside of store could be cleaner though."

"You are hiring at this pay scale yet took over 20 minutes to get my order to me and you didn't even get it right. Then another 15 minutes to correct the mistakes. I am a huge fan of McDonald's and never had an experience this bad. Hire right, Train right."

"Placed a mobile order for counter pickup at this location which is supposed to be 24 hours. The lobby was closed when we got there around 11:30pm, and they wouldn’t give us the food we’d already paid for unless we changed our order to drive-thru pickup in the app which you can’t do once your order is ready. They also wouldn’t give us a refund saying we’d have to call corporate even though the app says to contact the store you ordered from if you need a refund. Then they closed the store/drive-thru down completely at midnight despite their sign and the app saying they’re open 24 hours."

"They were out of quarter pounders so I ordered a BigMac. Not my favorite but it was good. The AC fan was blowing so much in the room that your french fries will cool off too fast. So be warned!"

"Where to start... took us 4 tables to find a clean one. No napkins were available to use or clean off the tables. They didn't give us straws. They forgot my kids' sweet and sour sauce. They have taken customer service out of the equation... you have to type in at the kiosk and all they have to do is get the order right. But they can't even do that."
