"I will never use this company again. The sales person Jennifer is so unprofessional. Does not return phone calls or text messages in a timely manner. In the beginning trying to make a sale, everything was good. The guys came to do my flooring and ran out of materials. After a month later calling the main office and finally getting in contact with Jennifer they came back and finished the job. However, the professionals did not know how to do the transition with the same exact flooring. At the initial visit with Jennifer she said, she was going to add $300 to my bill if they needed to take up the existing flooring due to the planks may not line up, but if it wasn’t necessary it would be an easy fix to take the $300 off of my bill. When I finally spoke with her about the transitioning being a safety and trip hazard and not even matching my flooring. She said, I would have to pay for them to correct what the professionals couldn’t do. She already added the $300 to my bill so why am I having to pay for a crappy job I already paid for them to do. I already made my 1st payment just a few days ago they came back to finish the job. What a disaster and disappointment. I wish I would’ve used another company that was recommended. This does not make sense to me. I will be calling the main office regarding my poor unprofessional services. Yes my family and friends had to see this hot mess that was not completed for Thanksgiving. They just completed my flooring a few days ago. Imagine the embarrassment. She said she was coming to take a look at it, of course she did not come. Take a look at what I paid for. That piece is not even glued down or anything."

"This is the absolute worst flooring company you could deal with. I called and was on hold for over an hour. They finally closed but left my call on park after they left. They showed up to my house an hour late to do another job that wasn't even scheduled that day. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is the most unorganized company I have seen in my life. They also do work for Great Southern Homes (search for flooring issues Great Southern Homes). You'll get the idea."

"This was the easiest process ever and we replaced 1200sq ft of floor, in a home full of furniture. Jennifer brought samples to the house and explained the difference in the materials and what would work best for us. My mother had to go to a hotel due to breathing issues and we were prepared for 4 days of work. Well when the guys that put the floor in heard about that they went to work!! They finished in 1 day and it was all hands on deck . They were professional and friendly and did a beautiful job . They moved all my furniture carefully and put it all back . They also cleaned up behind themselves which was a plus. I can't imagine a smoother process and if needed we will definitely call them back !"
