"Referred by our daughter, we visited Kirklands to install flooring in our new home. We were welcomed with excellent customer service and true concern for our needs and budget. After narrowing down our selection, we were given 2’ x 2’ samples to take and view in our home. Once we made our selection, they came out and measured our home to provide a price quote. The quote was very similar to what I had calculated and very reasonable compared to “discount dealers” price per foot product and installation cost. They set installation dates per our schedule and arrived on time.
