"Kristin was extremely helpful picking out a beautiful tile at a great price. When the tile arrived, we realized the tile color was influenced by surroundings and would not work in our kitchen. The supplier was less than helpful at arranging a swap for another color. Kristin understood our dilemma, and arranged an even better price for our new color. Yes....we bought two separate colors, and were unable to use our original choice. However, I stuck with Merritt because of how they handled the situation. They did not cause the problem, but were sympathetic to our problems. How Kristin handled the situation made the difference. Very satisfied.
