"We bought a leather couch from the Grovetown store in the spring of 2022. At that time we were told that the couch would be warranted for any defects. We were not told one year. We were told lifetime. Last year the couch started showing faded areas where you sit. I contacted the store and was told they would take care of it. They had to order something to fix it with. They called me after a few weeks and said they were still waiting for the product to come in. When I contacted them recently, they told me that it’s not under warranty and they are not going to do anything about it. They do not stand behind their furniture. They tell you whatever they want you to hear to make a sale. Very dissatisfied. $2500 was a lot to pay for a couch that you having to keep towels on top of because of the way it looks. I currently am in the process of looking at new bedroom and dining furniture, but will not be purchasing from them."

"Ordered furniture for our sunroom. Jimmy arranged for delivery even though some items in our order were on back order. He offered to deliver those separately when they came in so we wouldn’t have to go without our sectional any longer. We are close to 2 hours away. The two delivery drivers were fantastic. Friendly, polite, well mannered and helpful. Painless transaction!!!! Highly recommend!!"
