"Wow. Not even sure what happened to my boyfriend’s head. The fade is uneven (like stair steps and different lengths), choppy, and halfway up his head. Looks like someone put a bowl on his head and danced around with a trimmer. I would absolutely not recommend this great clips location."

"STAY CLEAR OF THIS GREAT CLIPS AND TONYA!!!!!!! Tonya NEEDS to get her haircutting licence revoked immediately before she has any more victims. I am not one to write reviews but I have NEVER been so appalled by a cut. My boyfriend unsuspectingly came to have his hair trimmed (2 inches all around on the sides and a few inches taken off the top). He was left with a choppy fade that looked more like stair steps and NOT even what he asked for (with the bottom of the cut being less than .25 of an inch and at the longest barley an inch also not what he asked for). The sideburns were cut so poorly and UNEVENLY (shown below). Lets not even touch on how she made his hair part uneven and added a chunk of the top into the fade that is uneven on the other side as from his last cut it was included in the top(longer section). I could have done better at home! When he came out to the car after being in there for almost an hour and a half and I saw the cut I started CRYING because of how bad it was and how bad I felt as I was who suggested to come. Will NEVER make that mistake again. Please if you want to look like a toddler did your cut please feel free to request Tonya but, it not STAY CLEAR FROM HER DESTRUCTIVE PATH!!!!! Lets just say if i could give this experience negative stars I would!"

"I’ve been going to great clips for my whole life and they’ve always managed to fail to meet my already extremely low expectations, but today was a new low. They didn’t follow a single instruction I gave them , and I left the store with my neck skinned and nearly bleeding. They were extremely friendly and talkative but that was the highlight of my trip. I decided today I’m never getting my haircut at great clips again ,or by anyone else besides myself for that matter. My disappointed is immeasurable and my day is ruined."

"I got my haircut today. Diane had me explain to her the kind of haircut I wanted and I showed her 4 times where I wanted my fade to go. I asked for a low skin fade that goes down and around instead of straight across.. She immediately started it wrong and it only got worse from there.. I went to a completely different store to have it fixed because the haircuts coming out of this store were mediocre at best."
