"Don’t sleep on this place! They are one of the most clean salons I’ve been to and extremely kind. The amount of dip and gel colors they have is unmatched to anywhere I’ve been in Savannah. If you want an intricate design, Sabrina is your girl. Tammy and Lily are also absolutely phenomenal. This picture is from Tammy, I told her I wanted a snowflake and she feeehanded both hands. "I went to this salon on Friday, July 20 and got a 2 volcano pedicures and gel nails with design. By Sunday, my fingernails were chipping and the designs on my toes were chipping. The designs on my hand were and still are very crooked. When I went to get them fixed, the nail tech claimed she could fix my fingers but put regular paint on my toes as they did the design as a gift and I didn’t ask for gel. My issue is, not trying to sound ungrateful, wether a gift or a paid service, gel nails lasts at a minimum of two weeks. Not two days. My second issue is, I get my nails done often, but value the quality of the service. If I’m paying for the design, the additional fee for the gel, I do expect to get my moneys worth. And so when I addressed it, and the tech was accusing me of ordering regular paint, it was a big issue. The second issue is the fact that we went back and forth about the issue and the pregnant tech still painted crooked designs on my nails. This was my very first, and last time. Notice in the picture how the design initially, didn’t mimic what I requested but I tried to be nice and then to notice the chipping paint, I had to address this. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY NAILS. There are a couple of great salons right in Berwick and I’m open to explore more options. I would have appreciated if the techs made it known that they couldn’t draw clean and neat shapes. When a man spend $120 on nail services for himself, and another $95 for someone else and tip, this isn’t the service I expect at all."
