"If I could give anything lower than 1 star I would. I went into the shop for a hair cut and told the guy I wanted it shoulder length. He seemed to understand that till he started cutting my wet hair to my shoulders. I told him that when hair gets dry that it gets shorter and he told me he knew what he was doing. My hair is now dry and is up to my chin not my shoulders. I look like a boy and I’m extremely upset and to embarrassed to leave the house. Not to mention that my hair is extremely uneven and looks like I did it at home. I left that store crying. I will never be coming here again."
