"I gave them a picture of what I wanted days in advance. A little bit concerning? Was it cause you wanted to see whether or not this was something yall can do? Well I get to the salon pure highlights in my hair NOT what I wanted. The man attempted to fix the color in my hair after receiving something that was completely different than what I asked. After he attempted to fix it the highlights were SO UNEVEN didn't even blend well. I thought I was content with the final product although I am not satisfied with this hair color. After paying a certain amount unfortunately I am having to pay more money elsewhere to get what I want/get the color fixed since it's uneven and just highlights not balayage. I should've been honest from the beginning and now I actually regret paying/tipping. If they were unable to do something like the picture/experts in hair color should've BEEN HONEST."
