Miriam African Hair Braiding

"Don’t waste your time! I called two days prior to schedule an appointment and she set my appointment for 8:00AM. The day of, I arrived at 7:56 and of course I waited Since I was a few minutes early. By 8:10 she still hadn’t arrived so I called her. She did not pick up so I left a voicemail letting her know that I was at the shop waiting. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking “Maybe she overslept a little, it happens” and I waited until 8:20 and called again. Still no answer. I NEVER received a returned call. It’s beyond unprofessional. All it took was a simple phone call to let me know she needed to reschedule. I will never waste my time on her again."

"Please don't go here if you are used to natural hair styles only. I told one of them I wanted kinky twists, no add in hair, just my own natural hair twisted and even showed her a picture of how I wanted it. They make you pay before you're done with your hair being styled. It wasn't till the end that I seen some was twisted while most of it was box braided very small which is difficult to take down. Paid $100 for this. Will not go back ever! Some styles I see they're good at but they're not for natural women. They act like they don't understand English, but they do. While doing your hair they speak in their african language and aren't too polite. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone."
