"While the purchase of our appliances and furniture went well, less than satisfied with the warranty follow up. While the furniture issue was finally resolved after multiple complaints we now have a range issue. We purchased the extended warranty for the major appliances the range now has an issue that has developed with the rubber piece that holds the glass cook top in place. Chris Lynch said it’s not covered! When asked why in a follow up email he has not responded! When we bought the warranty we were told that it covered the entire unit, but never received any paperwork regarding coverage. Save your money and don’t buy this from them. If you do don’t expect any help from Chris Lynch! Will never buy here again! UPDATE. Thank you to Chris Hendricks and Jeff Lynch Appliance for stepping up and replacing the glass top. He handled our warranty issue professionally and we are completely satisfied with the repair that was completed. Still the best game in town!"

He explained all of the warranties and made the process seamless. Brett and Caleb delivered our fridge. They were very knowledgeable and careful taking it off the truck and installing it for you. "When my refrigerator died on me I went straight to Jeff Lynch appliance store. Even my salesperson Tony spotted my determination to find exactly what I needed when he said “you look like you’re on a mission!” I had my measurements and my list of don’t wants and wants and he took me straight to the refrigerator I ended up buying! It fit my space my taste and my needs exactly! On top of all that Jeff Lynch was able to get my Frigidaire delivered the next morning! Matt and Mike, my delivery team, were here before lunchtime and ready to haul away the old fridge and install my new Frigidaire. They were so professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process! They took special care of my new appliance as well as my home. Matt was very meticulous with setting everything up and explaining every detail I was very impressed with how careful he was to answer all my questions and make sure I was clear about how to reach out if I had any questions!! "Had an excellent experience purchasing a new refrigerator at Jeff Lynch. Rowdy, the salesman, helped us choose a new refrigerator that met all our needs and had it delivered that day. The delivery team of Justin S and Rusty G went beyond being helpful in intalling the refrigerator where the wood floor did not completely extend to the wall. They were able to add wood so it was perfectly level. Great experience all the way through."

"Can I give a 1/2 star? We have been patrons of this store for years purchasing appliances for multiple homes but this was our last. Briefly: I purchased a brand new oven totaling $3350 (including Jeff Lynch installer and extended warranty) on 10/31/2023-and within 3 weeks the glass blew out of the oven on Thanksgiving day- ruining Thanksgiving. I contacted Jeff Lynch since this purchase was under 4 weeks and asked for a replacement item or at least a refund or something- was told that was not an option- they would not help me. They do not "do that". I would have to go through the manufacturer- despite purchasing an extended service warranty as well.... I then went to manufacturer who has since said product is on back order for 12 weeks. Now I am without a working oven and am at a loss - seeking replacement or refund from Jeff Lynch. But CHRIS LYNCH continues to decline and refuse to help us. This will be our last purchase and we will not return here. They do not guarantee satisfaction - buyers beware. you are better off at the box stores."
