"Went in looking for a refrigerator and they only had one used one! The lady said "it has critters so I'll spray it and it'll be fine" Um no I keep my house clean and why would I want to have something that I'm paying for brought into my house that has bugs!"

"Everything is wrong here. Especially the customer service. I lost my job and was paying for the “insurance” but no assistance was given. No payments waived. I wish I never went to them, my friend of the family’s referral was a misstep. Save yourself - and they are so rude. The first red flag should have been the unwillingness to help until the GM walked in. The second was the manager taking money and paying her niece’s bill (phone conversation). I wish I never went there. Only went bc I was in a bind bc no one could deliver same day. The said they could, but I didn’t get it until a week later."

"Tracey swear she the big bad wolf calling and cussing people out. How professional. We’ve already been served paperwork and spoke with the officer who gave us the run down about exactly what’s going to happen. Clearly I’m not worried nor concerned. Don’t call me or my man who’s name ain’t even on the paperwork. You love your job a little too much. They don’t pay you more or less to harass folks. And where y’all really messed up is when your mans came by and he touched my camera on my porch. Please understand corporate has been called and you and this store have been reported. Last time I checked you ain’t sell me no camera so there is no reason it should’ve been touched. And by the way it’s broken now. So my camera is now damaged."

"I have enjoyed and appreciated the management. They have been great. However the delivery was a bit confusing and that's why I gave 4 stars. But, I'm sure once they find some more competent people, the delivery process will go differently for others. But the treatment I've received during such a hard time lately, they have been so understanding and helping me, I give the management 5 stars.."

"Their customer service is horrible. When I spoke with the manager about payments she went totally against what we agreed to. And to cover her own tail she accused me of lying. But I actually have an app that records all of my phone calls. And can verify exactly what we talked about. This is the second time she’s put words in my mouth. Just to cover her own self. She’s very unprofessional. And a complete liar."
