"Do Not Come Here. Girl at the counter was rude, eating cheez it’s and on her phone ignoring customers, not calling out orders and leaving them behind the counter. The place was a mess, refuse to let you order in person, had to order online. Been to many chipotles and this one was the worst of them all. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"My order was 40 minutes late. The place is dirty with bugs everywhere. Staff is on their phones and not working. Missing half my order and told me to call in to get a refund. This is double chicken with extra rice. No tomato salsa and no chips. Go anywhere else."

"Okay so i love chipotle. and i genuinely think the owner here sucks. this place is always HEAVILY understaffed. always on a shortage or only doing online orders. this clearly puts the workers in a uncomfortable position and therefore the food is horrible. i have waited 40 mins for an order. they are always out of meat options and the bowls come wit BARELY anything. i am not spending 17$ for a half filled bowl. seriously dissapointing. management needs to do better. i waited for 40 mins for the bowl pictured below. i ordered double steak and i barely got any."

This chipotle franchised on King St. in Charleston, SC will charge you for items that are unavailable, fail to notify you that items are missing, and NOT EVEN BOTHER TO PROVIDE A REFUND RECEIPT. It is easier to dispute charges through your credit card provider for a refund (and also receive actual customer service), than it is to attempt to bring any, questions, comments, or complaints to chipotle or corporate. Chipotle will give absolutely no response, customer service, or resolution through Chipotle corporate, via phone, email, or app, nor service through local franchises and employees. Dining in at Chipotle, Charleston, SC, on King St is not utilized by a majority of customers. The franchise is unkept and allows AGGRESSIVE PANHANDLING of customers to take place during all business hours. Please expect to be asked by non-customers for cash or to pay for a strangler's food as soon as you enter the door until the moment you leave. Gas station bathrooms are maintained and cleaner than the dining area of this restaurant - who actually sells food fit for human consumption on the premises! Gross! The dining area resembles and functions as a communal / open air dump / food waste repository or a large walk-in used dumpster. (See attached pictures, 6-7pm, during daylight!) Online orders have been completed for pickup over 90 minutes after the chipotle app indicated completion. (The only reason people wait this long is chipotle makes getting a refund absolutely impossible.) Chipotle corporate and this store will not provide any service to customers who wish to resolve; missing items that were paid for, missing ingredients, incomplete orders, hour+ long delays, unavailable items, seating in a habitable and clean section of the dining for either waiting or consuming their food."
