"The only thing we can eat from Wendy's is a plain baked potato on our heart disease reversing diet by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn. I ordered 3 baked potatos, and they thought they had only 2 potatoes, so they charge me for 2. I appreciate that since they gave me a third. The potatos had been in the hot box a little too long causing them to be overcooked, but they were eatable. As you can see from the photo, They are turning brown inside."

"I tried to order last week, but could not get around car in front that was there for 5 minutes. Glad to see new owner, this is one of the worst run Wendy’s , Orangeburg at exit 145 on I-26 is a close 2nd. Good service at Wendy’s Long Point , mount pleasant"

"I just received the most disgusting food ever. One of the sandwiches with a tomato on it, had mold on the tomato. Good thing we looked at it because it was the sandwich for my 92 year old mom. We did not eat anything from this purchase. It was toooooo gross and unsafe. Will be reporting them to the health department."

"Didn't complete my order. When I went inside the drive thru person was sitting in the dining room. I told her I was missing some of my order and she told me I wasn't. Another rep pulled up my receipt and I was. She (lady that was sitting in the dining area) did nothing to correct this or apologize for arguing about her leaving out food. The male associate was great and fixed her mistake. Poor customer service. CHECK YOUR ORDER."
