"we tried coming to this location a few days ago and they had randomly closed early due to staff shortage or something. we came back 2 days later and they were open but had a very long wait time. an hour and a half wait time due to only one person working. we went but my youngest kid had a messed up haircut that we didn't notice till we got home and had a shower. his hair was wet when. we left the store and once dried out revealed that the haircut was awful. we went back and waited about 5 mins and the worker fixed it but we will probably not be coming back. too long of a wait, not a good hair cut, and the price just keeps going up for the same thing."

"My son and I go here all the time to get are hair cuts last few times when we went to get are hair cut the same lady has cut my son's hair has been doing a bad job. Today I got my son's hair cut he showed her a picture of the hair cut he wanted and she didn't even cut it like the picture and when I said something to her she went off on me I told her I will have Sam fix it.the lady that cut my son's hair should pay me back for messing my son's hair up and I will not go back there just lost 2 customers"

"Worst hair cut I’ve ever received. I literally said to the barber “a medium fade and 1 inch off the top.” They proceeded to cut almost everything off as fast as possible and then left me with an uneven fade and an uneven top. Absolutely horrible, it’s almost like they ignored my request. I am never going back to this store again. I ended having to go to another barber to get more hair cut off in order to even out the disaster they left me with. If I could give them less stars I would."
