"I called to verify that my older family member would be able to have a vaccination & was told by the worker who conferred with someome else that the appointment was good to go and for the family member to try to arrive within the hour...she even said she ran it through insurance and there were no issues. Family member drove all that way to be told that she needed a prescription. Do better"

"If I could leave a zero I would. Do NOT drop your FedEx packages here. An employee named Amy is very nasty and rude and likes to hang up on customers. I was told I would be sent a confirmation that my package was sent and never received one. I called several times for the confirmation where I was hung up on and talked down to. Manager Mike did absolutely nothing as well. I will be reaching out to even hire management but please avoid this location"

"The young lady working there was very polite and helpful. Not only to me but the elderly in front of me who was having issues with her points and check. Unfortunately they couldn’t do what I went there for which was to overnight a FedEx package but she pointed me to where I could (Accurate Reproductions on Robin Drive) and even wrote down the address as she was telling me. Thanks!"

"If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars, I would. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else to get your medications. They are extremely understaffed and this cause the pharmacist to take random Wednesday's off without giving anyone a notice and the sign they put up in the window says "pharmacist on lunch break". If you are going to take the whole day off, you might want to put a sign up that says so. I needed medication for my child and was not able to get it. Do better. Understaffed is not an excuse for making stupid decisions."
