Jersey Mike's Subs

"ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! i cannot begin to comprehend what small brained, white trash, uninformed, dimwit, repulsive, detestable, minion sized idiot decided for the Doordash delivery fee on Jersey Mikes to be $8!!!! ABSOLUTELY SICKENING!!! While i was busy and occupied with withering away in my own hunger observing my options on the doordash application for IOS 17, I came across a little-known of restaurant establishment by the name of Jersey Mikes sub sandwiches. In my state of hunger i decided to peruse the options at my disposal that i could possibly order from this great and exquisite corporate owned, brick and mortar food store in my city, But to my surprise after carefully constructing an order sheet comparable to that of a small child's christmas wishlist comprising everything they want, It was brought to my attention that this establishment has set the standard delivery fee for their orders at an absolutely astonishing and dumbfounding $8, this instantly repulsed me as what kind of intelligent manager for this given store would set that kind of UNACCEPTABLE entry barrier for one who is trying to enjoy their food. I am angry"

"Food is great and that's why I gave 2 stars. Online ordering customer service is the opposite. When you place an order, the app tells you to show up at a specific time to pick up your order. My order has NEVER been ready within 10 minute of the app scheduled pick up time. I would have received my meal MUCH sooner had I just gotten in line and ordered like every other walk in customer. When I asked the staff the reason for the hold up, they just say sorry. If you want to order Jersey Mike's, just don't use the app to order ahead. It won't be ready when you get there."

"This place is TRASH i have been to so many other Jersey Mikes and the service from those other restaurants were a lot better then this one. When waiting in line the person in front off us was ordering subs for his whole company. We had to wait 30 minutes for a regular cheese steak with lettuce and tomato on it. I don’t get why they can’t just tell him to wait an hour to come back and get the 20 subs that he was ordering. This place was so bad and had very bad service. DON’T COME HERE!!"
