"I go here often since they accept walk-ins and the wait is usually not long. They do a good job and are polite. The pedi chairs are very comfortable and does a great massage. They now have a system where you sign in with your phone number. This seems challenging for the elderly. They are right by Sun City so that's a lot of their clientele."

"Disgusting behavior. I come in after my mother just got a pedi and mani and I sat in the car with my infant for about an hour, waiting for her to be done so we could switch off. Looking forward to getting my nails done. Once I got into the place, I ask them for a full set and they asked me if I wanted a pedicure as well and I said no because I just got mine done. The woman continue to pressure me saying that if I can get a pedicure right now, they would take me on the spot, but if I couldn’t then she would make me wait. The woman went over and helped another woman work on the same one woman’s nails. And then she played on her phone trying to force me to get a pedicure. The man that owns the place came up to me and asked me if I would like a pedicure. No I would like a full set and he said OK it’s gonna be a minute while the woman continue to play on her phone and stare at me. I am ridiculously tired of these nail people. Get my nails done I don’t know why everybody has to be so rude and make everything so difficult. You don’t want my money? I’ll go somewhere else. Thank you"

"THEY ARE RACIST! I should've left upon arrival because one employee seemed rude but I didn't let him speak for the whole shop. If I could give zero stars I would. First time and last time coming to this salon. The lady drilled my natural nails off instead of cleaning them. She thinned the tips and when I questioned it she informed me it would look more natural; no break. During this service I watch 2 more black woman walk in and receive a different attitude than white customers. I truly believe they prefer white clients over black. Well 3 days later it breaks and they are not willing to add acrylic to nails they thinned. He blamed me for trusting the professional. He fixed the broken one and said it would cost them time to repair the rest. They charged me $90 for this fill in. He repair the nail but refused to put design back on nail without paying for the design again. Bad customer service and terrible attitudes. Update: Fixed one on 3-7-23 and today 3-8-23 the other one broke off at the tip were it was thinned out. Not even sure how; just looked down and it was broken. Clearly no pressure or stress caused this since I felt nothing and wasn't doing anything strenuous. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP‼️ Tried to speak with owner but couldn't. When I left a male employee started recording me going to my vehicle and only stopped when I threatened him with the police. He tried to say he was calling the police too but called the owner that was just unreachable. He was very rude and extremely aggressive."
