"Very nice place to eat. We came for brunch, my GF had the special Croque Madame (it changes weekly I believe) and I had the Pork Belly, 1/2 dozen Trio Oysters. All very well cook, worth every penny. I did have 4 mimosas so our total was a little under $150 for two. The experience of the staff and food was worth it!"

"Wonderful food. Friendly and attentive staff. A fun setting with pleasant interior design. The alla vodka pasta was phenomenal. We also recommend the Brussels sprouts. We will return & suggest to friends! I suggest making a reservation, we did not and ended up having to sit at the bar (a Thursday). Sitting at the bar didn’t hinder our nice experience, but in the future we will plan a bit more accordingly."

"We love this place. In the past my husband and I have come on a date night while family stayed at our vacation rental with our kids but they are 11 and 13, so this was the second time we brought them with us. Special mock tails and delicious entrees & pizzas made it a special family night. The short rib gnocchi was everyone's favorite. I'd say this is a great spot for special occasions too. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Bustling space and lively atmosphere. Parking is tight, we parked at the lot behind the post office."

"The Obstinate Daughter did not disappoint! I was very impressed with the service, food, and atmosphere. The gnocchi ragu was out of this world! Pizza, dessert, and apps were superb. Our server was Patrick and he was excellent. This is definitely a gem of restaurant in Charleston! 10/10"

"Enjoyed a nice day at the beach and an even lovelier time at OD for dinner. This place gets pretty crowded in the evenings as it's one of very few nicer restaurants on the island. The drinks and food were great as were the staff. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Will definitely return back to the island to enjoy another meal at OD."
