"Got Taco Bell/KFC arrive at 830 pm placed an order at the drive-thru waited in line for 15 minutes got to the window after waiting was. I was informed them they had no chicken at all very disappointed the cashier could have informed me that they were out instead of having me wait in line for 15 minutes bad communication poor customer service"
"This Taco Bell is the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been in. Dirty, lazy, and so slow. Went in for a Mexican pizza, and two tacos took almost 35 minutes to receive my order (picking up for a friend) and the works were using filthy language. The lady in front of me asked for her money back as she had waited 30 minutes for 2 tacos. Would never go to this location again."
"Drinks were all carbonated water, food was wrong order and chicken still had feathers. Staff playing around inside instead of serving customers."
"I don't know what's going on at this location but I've stopped going there entirely because it always takes an eternity and a half to get your order. Tonight I placed a mobile order and despite there only being two cars in front of me, it took over half an hour to get my food. It's not like they're running a skeleton crew either - I saw at least three staff members back there, and the dining room was practically empty. They didn't even acknowledge the wait, and to top it all off a lot of the food was really poorly made. Barely even warm and half filled at most - I got a quesarito with maybe two tablespoons of beef, and the rest of it was just tortilla and cheese. It is literally faster to drive to West Ashley or James Island, order from the Taco Bell there, and drive back than it is to order from this location. Avoid at all costs."
"As usual, my order is wrong and sloppily put together. Anytime I ask for no sour cream, it appears they vindictively give me extra sour cream. They are perpetually out of Pink Lemonade and Sierra Mist and unapologetically inform you with a snarky comment. The staff is never friendly - not even when we try to be polite back. I'm sure it's not fun to work at a downtown TB with drunk college kids but no one forces them to work here and seeing as we get the same service at 2 in the afternoon that we do at 1 in the morning, it's clearly just their constant state of being and not environmentally induced. Not sure why I keep trying with this location. Absolute trash every time."
