"The first few trips were great we couldn't get enough but then came the let down. I always order the big burger well done and with onions and lettuce tomatoes ketchup and mustard sprite light ice with a double side Cajun fries... I get my food and bite my burger only to see pink meat ... I was disgusted and to the 20 minute drive back up to store and by the way when I asked the person at the drive thru speaker to make sure my burger was cooked well done he replied with all our burgers are cooked well done I replied and said well the last time I came and asked for well done burgers they were pink so I made a point to say it again when I ordered but low and behold I get medium rare burgers .... He says I apologize and proceeded to correct my order so not a bad place to eat just make sure your order is correct and cooked properly"

"Two plain hotdogs, hotdog and bun and a plain hamburger I pulled up to the window I've never been there before. What do you want on it? What comes on it nothing so you want plain I said I want to have they come so I got two plain hotdogs, just meat and bun and meat and bun for hamburger First time ever been to cookout last time I've ever been a cookout. Thank you for not doing anything to help me out the guy the one who could've said whatever you want on them you have to tell me, but that's not what he said he just kept saying so you want them playing it's not my fault you have to work till midnight. I said I want everything 2 times and he kept saying so you want it plain? First and last time. I haven't had a plain hotdog since I was four years old but OK I guess you don't trust people to like what you cook so we got two for service I knew it wasn't gonna be fresh because I ordered Pulled straight up to the window and he handed me the back so hotdogs taste like they were made seven hours ago like he would at home and then you ain't leftover hotdogs but at least nothing on it. Kind of gives it flavor.. I gave it one for atmosphere because the only atmosphere I had was the guy at the window and he had the personality of a shoe. I guess it's my fault that I haven't been to a restaurant before they just search plain food. You could've said hey, you have to tell me what you want on it. Then they closed 20 minutes early.. probably why I got the trash that was left over. Well lucky me I didn't even get the cheese that I asked for. Thank you sir at the window, just a hamburger! Terrible! Two cold patties on a stale bun? Why? Because I got my order in three seconds stale hotdog bun and a hotdog it taste like it was from earlier today, Terrible! I actually lowered the rating after I had the food because it was that terrible... the bun is actually chewy! This is the worst fast food I've ever had in my life and I'm 51 years old. What a toilet! That isn't worth $1! The second hot dog bun is actually hard. Just go to 7-Eleven they're better."

"What can I say a double bacon cheeseburger double fries and a milkshake for $11 you can't beat it. Their milkshakes are the best!"

"You don't go come here for a fancy steak dinner they call it cookout for a reason. What you get here is just like the food you get at your neighborhood cookout, hot dogs, hamburgers, corn dogs. Food is always good. Service is usually quick they have amazing choices at very cheap prices. They have over 40 options for just a milkshake. A family could eat here for a reasonable price, definitely a fun place to go. Where else can you get a state fair style corn dog for dinner??? Cheerwine on draft and huge onion rings."
