"Worst salon I've been to in the world. The quality of work is extremely poor and the treatment of customers is very rude. Jenna has zero respect for the customer. First, Jenna colored and cut my hair so badly (even though I showed her a photo) I didn't want to leave the house. Then when I called for an appointment for a bang trim I was told I would be called back in a few minutes. After waiting almost 4 HOURS I called back. I suggested that if they say they will call back in a few minutes that they should. Even if to say they can't schedule anything. When I went in for the appointment, Jenna didn't even say hello. She was extremely rude and nastily told me I should not have said anything about not being called back. DON'T GO. EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY AND ABUSIVE TO CUSTOMERS."

"I am so lucky to have found this salon and Jenna! She is amazing with hair! She is an expert colorist. I always go with an expectation of how I want my hair to look, and Jenna always exceeds that expectation. She is great with curly hair. She Is very knowledgeable and will take great care of your hair. Most importantly, she is a perfectionist and will not allow you to leave the salon until she feels she did a great job. I highly recommend this salon!"
