"They changed their time to 5:30 AM and they’re still not ready for customers at 5:30. This is a busy road that has a lot of companies. so it’s a high in traffic where people work and try to grab a quick meal before going in but can’t because they’re still not open. so if you need more time as a staff come in at 5am to be ready at 5:30 , not 5:45 and still have to wait for them to prep."

"This bojangles is so hit or miss!! Sometimes I have great food and bad service. Bad service and bad food, good service and bad food, good service and good food. Usually the food is pretty solid! My most recent encounter has forced me to not go back though, ordered my food and the person forgot she took my order from the speaker to the window. When arriving to the window she said “I didn’t take your order?” When I told her she did, and what I got she said “oh”. Her eyes were completely blood shot, and the workers were rude and having a completely separate conversation on the side with the window open. My food was also wrong, as I ordered the sandwich plain and sauce on the side."

"Possibly a hit or miss situation but the one thing I came there for wasn’t good - chicken. My order was dry, extremely salty, and hard as though it had been sitting for a while. The only way I would order from here again is if I waited and got a piece of chicken, hot out of the grease. Good location right off of Clements ferry Road. Connected from the to a gas station. . Nice, clean and spacious. No outdoor seating. Accessible parking out front. #ttip: if it’s sitting in that window piled up like it is in my photo, I wouldn’t get it. Ask to wait for fresh fried. All the chicken that was there look like it had been there long time in the warmer - not a good experience. I saw it I should’ve known better."

"My fries were fried for maybe a minute. I worked fast food for 10yrs. Idk what the heck I’m looking at here. Looks like someone tore the bag open dipped them in the fryer and put them in the bag. You’ll also never find a properly cooked biscuit in Charleston. When I travel outside Charleston I make it a point to stop at a Bojangles so I can get a lit fluffy biscuit. Not some flat dark brown puck. Thanks for the reminder of why I don’t eat at Bojangles around here. Lady at the window was great."

"10:37am May 4, 2022 Order two steaks and a large mash potatoes just now! Come to found out when I went back to the truck to check my food, my steaks was hard and my mash potatoes was old. You could see the hard parts in the mash was turning yellow! I than went back inside to see if I could get some fresher food but the young lady that came from the back said that they only prepare one mash potatoes pan a day! I have order this same dinner from other Bojangles and there mash potatoes always be fresh no matter what time of the day you go! I asked for a refund, the young lady at the cash register gave me attitude like I was the one who serve her bad food! She also gave me my money with attitude! The customer service is VERY poor! No apologies or anything! The place could also use some cleaning in the back! Need better display! I was reading some of the complaints about management so I wouldn't look for management to straighten this out...The headquarters needs to get involved"
