"This Starbucks is horrible. the worst for mobile orders. We ordered from there several times, and they constantly mishandle food, get orders wrong and your food will end up soggy. You're better off going into Harris teeter's for a Starbucks run. At least they get orders correct and everything is fresh. Don't waste your money here."

"I’ve had 3 bad coffees from this location. Each time I’ve ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso, but there is no brown sugar in the drink. They also do not use espresso- instead use regular coffee. The drink should have espresso at the bottom with the syrup. The color is not correct. The drink is watered down and taste burnt. Starbucks is usually very consistent, this location needs to do better with their drinks."

"Service is fine, but the coffee is always terrible. Of course, its starbucks. But this location is just so bad. They can never get the drink right. And even if the drink is remotely close, its still so so bad. The iced lattes just taste like milk. I Order extra shot, extra ice, shoot I even tried ordering triple shot with a SPLASH OF MILK and they still filled it all the way up. I'm just done with this location."

"The wait is always 15 minutes or more and the drinks are poorly made. Service is always nice but goodness, if you’re paying 7.00 for a cup of coffee, along with waiting at least 15 minutes or more in line, the drinks should at least be good. I just drove off, took one sip and had to pour the whole drink out of the car."

"Modern, clean restaurant with friendly staff. They have a convenient drive through as well as two unisex bathrooms. Decent selection of baked goods and bottles for purchase. The seating area is a combination of individual tables as well as group tables."
