"paid 103 dollars yesterday for this mess. i hate it. i want my money back. i had just got off work and me not being from savannah or georgia as a state i went to the closest one near me and i regret it. they were rushing and this is the outcome. will never return i don’t recommend them, find a personal nail tech if possible!!"

"I went in there today with high expectations. Although I did not read any reviews the place looked really nice so I decided to give it a try. As soon as I walked in I was instantly treated with pure disrespect and rudeness. I than asked if they could do a certain type of nail for me and they assured they could do it with out a problem within minutes of starting they said they couldn’t do it. At this point I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and told them to do it however they thought it would work best. As we were finishing up she said something in another language and starts laughing and all the workers started looking at my nails and laughed than a worker asked if I was sure I liked them while laughing. Than I decided to be honest and told her that I did not like the way she did my nails. I kindly told her I wanted them fixed and she gave me an attitude and said I was wasting her time. ( the star design on each nail looked like a 2 year old did it like come on ) The whole time she was “fixing” my nails all the workers were talking in a different language and rolling their eyes at me they made it very obvious they were talking about me. I talked to the manger(Cindy) and she did not care at all. I’m not the type to complain but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon they need to hire professional nail technicians."

"Extremely disappointed! I arrived around 3 (wasn’t busy) & my service immediately was rushed as more customers began to arrive. The nail tech was very rough and didn’t listen to my request and fix her mistakes. I was cut multiple times by both nail techs (i bled) with no discount due to them rushing on my service. I had two different nail techs on my pedicure and full set & they both provided terrible service. I was also charged a extra $10 which made my total $106.75. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !"

"They do fantastic work. And my nails are phenomenal! I am rough on them. Very. I seriously put them through the test of endurance and they made it through From yard work, scrubbing floors and cleaning to creating crafts and getting glue all over them to Bowling! They still shine and look amazing after 4weeks! My favorite shop. Won't go anywhere else."
