"I ordered a large fry on 1-25-24 and was charged $4.23 for basically a small fry and was told, "This was the new large fry size." This is considerably smaller, and at that price, I felt ripped off. The bag does have large fry on it, but come on. That's NOT a large fry!!!!"
"Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in town. There is absolutely no competence among the staff, especially those who deal with customers. They live up to every stereotype including “machines are down,” “we are out of…,” and “we are not participating in…” There is nothing redeeming about this location. If you are in a bind, there are other and better options in the area. Zero stars across the board."
"If I could rank zero stars, I would, because that is exactly what I guess nothing. This is the worst or McDonald’s established, I was told after waiting for over 10 minutes at the menu that I was unable to order a sprite, a single soft drink because the restaurant was ““ undergoing cleaning. This was at 11:10 PM at a McDonald’s that clearly advertise itself open until midnight. I put the side as a photo photo of maybe you could clarify some confusion. Hopefully someone can see that who actually has common sense and won’t know that this is the single-handed. Worst McDonald’s in existence. I have only ever been here one other time, and I was almost as piss poor. The fact that you cannot hire someone who is capable of running to register for more than six hours in a day, sir and frankly, embarrassing has a mask. I think the owners of this franchise feel some sort of remorse and shame for the quality of workers that they have decided to hire Tom, I know exactly what time his restaurants are clean because I have a friend every single one of the Whitney‘s locations, which I will be more than happy to bring my business to for the next remainder of my life and especially not McDonald’s or some overcarbonated, disgusting, overpriced sprite, and I only bought it because it was the closest thing to me. Manager needs replacing."
"Wasn’t pleasant at all ! Cookie case looks like it hasn’t been cleaned out in who knows when it was very smelly like dirty socks staff was very rude I heard manager say to staff not to kiss customers “a$$” trash was filled to the top trash was left on tables I had to order through app after standing at register for 10 mins as manager and other staff walk by as I wasn’t there"
