"We not in Covid no more . OPEN THE LOBBY SO I CAN PLACE AN ORDER NO REASON PEOPLE SHOULD ONLY HAVE THE OPTION OF DRIVE THRU OR MOBILE /online orders .. DO YOUR JOB OR LEAVE"
"Dine in area was closed at 4:51. Went to drive thru me and 2 passengers in the car. I said 1st order, 2nd order and last order. She never asked if the order was separate. She took it upon herself and put them all together. I counted 5 people around the driver thru window. The food was not what we ordered. We ordered original and was given crispy hard cold chicken and hard cold biscuits. I wouldn't dare eat the coleslaw. The young girl at drive thru had much attitude. Those meal was almost 12.00 apiece,a long with a drink. KFC never again."
"Those spicy wings are delicious, I just didn't like that you go there for the first time the wings are good size. You go again and they are small. Very deceiving."
"Waited at the entrance for about a minute because a van blocked it-- facing the wrong direction just close enough to the ONLY two parked cars in the lot so I couldn't enter--while dropping an employee off. I made a small order (#3), she had me repeat much of it. I asked if she got the sauces I ordered and was told yes. The cashier in DT forgot what type of drink (someone else corrected her before I got it) and the sauces. When I returned to get them, she handed them to me while looking elsewhere and dropped one on the ground. (I picked it up.) Then, I found plastic in the cole slaw, see attached. Please train people better. I'm sure I'm not the only one getting bad service every time I go."
