"Last nite the mgr in duty “EARNEST” treated me extremely rude and a customer I was trying to deliver food too!! He should not be a mgt! He knows nothing about customer service and should not be a manager. (See his pic) Went to Folly road rd to pick up an order for a customer. He ignored me waiting at inside Ctr for 5 minutes and finally came over. He said he didn’t have my order and went to register to look it up. He demanded I hand MY PERSONAL PHONE to him when I clearly showed him the screen with the order number, customers name and what food was ordered. He tried to grab phone from me. I refused. I said I would show him it but he didn’t need to handle or take my phone. He walked away not taking care of me. He mumbled something after a few minutes suggesting the order was picked up. NEVER resolving the issue. I called DD Corp help line and they cancelled the order after waiting 25 min to resolve. They tried to call him. He would not take their call. I saw an employees pick up a phone and hang up on the call standing next to him. I called the customer. They drive to the McDs and texted me later that he also was rude to them!!! What a jerk!!! McDs. Get rid of this disgusting excuse for a mgr as he is not fit for this job."

"Inside crew was not happy. So I went to drive thru. The drive thru guy was very nice and happy. I guess going in. I have been to a couple. Going inside. The crew don't like to help you. You have to use the order yourself machine. I Pau cash and they still act like it's a bad thing ."

"Case Number 27699416 2 days ago purchased a Big Mac meal. To my dismay, I discovered later on that there was no meat in the burger. Understanding that mistakes can occur, I promptly called the provided phone number and left a voicemail detailing the situation, expressing my hope for reimbursement via mail solely for the cost of the burger. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response thus far. In an effort to address the issue, I proceeded to email the corporate office, attaching a photo of the receipt along with my name, email, mailing address and phone number. They informed me that the matter would be handled by the team at the specific location, 333 Folly road. Regrettably, they failed to address the situation accordingly. Considering that I paid $11 for the meal, which includes an additional upcharge for the beverage, I find this incomplete meal highly unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, this matter remains unresolved, leaving me disappointed as a long time customer."

"This location in my opinion is one of the better ones in this town. The 2 locations closest to it are terrible so if your closer to one of them it's worth the short drive to come to this one. The staff is so much nicer and alot more knowledgeable."
