"I’m writing this from the parking lot as I’m crying. After getting literally hit on the whole time from chair #2 the while he did my nails, I asked for black matte COFFIN SHAPED nails. As you can see I have rectangle squares on my nails. Before passing me to the lady who sits upfront to paint my nails, he proceeded to ask for my phone number. When I sat at her chair, she said I thought you asked for coffin, I then said yeah I guess he gave up. NEVER AGAIN! Headed to dollar general to get a nail file so I can shape these after spending $60. Yeah I should have spoken up to him, but I was trying to hold it together from getting hit on uncomfortably."

"I usually have an amazing experience at this nail salon. I have been going there for 7 years, for mani pedis, as well as waxing my eyebrows. The last two times i have come, i have been told i can't get my brows done for one reason or another. But today was the last straw. The lady who usually does their waxing, came up to me and told me that they would take care of me when the "bigger" chair they ordered came in. This was not ok to say to a paying customer, who had been going there for years. I will not be back, and will be letting my friends know as well."
