"If I could leave a 0 star I would. Went in to get my nails and toes done. My sons & my husbands feet done. Asked for the 60 minute on my husbands & they half did any of it and did it within maybe 30 minutes. My toes are all uneven & not cut right. My nails had like webbed looking shapes on the clear top coat. Nails weren’t even completely over my actual nail. The nails came off within a week. Will never ever be back nor recommend this business to anyone else! I have no issue paying and tipping a GOOD nail place, but they weren’t even good! $200 for garbage."

"i came in saying i had an appointment, but they didn’t seem to know about it. i had messaged them on facebook asking if i could come in today, they said yes. but i was not specific in what i wanted to get done , so the wait took a while cause i wanted acrylics and nail art. so that was my fault, but i finally got it done and left on schedule! the nail artist did amazing! just like the photo. i’m sorry i didn’t leave a tip, i didn’t have any cash. i will be back to this salon though and be extra generous! very deserved!"

"I’ve been coming here for 3 years since I’ve moved to Springfield. They are the absolute BEST salon I’ve ever been too! My nails are always on point! I’m very picky about the shape of my nails being even and about French tips. They are very meticulous about their work. Their pedicures are so relaxing too! They are so gentle with my feet, my boyfriend only let them touch his feet. One thing that really stands out is every holiday they actually give back to their customers they also gift all their customers during the holidays as well. They have become like family to me. I can bring the boyfriend, Andy daughters and they will be taken care of."
