"I had visited here about 10 years ago, more or less. And was looking forward to bringing my adult son. We shared the duck wing appetizer, which was out of this world! The codeine was a very light crispy one. He got the swordfish taco, which the best kind of fish taco I have ever tasted. Normally I never get fish tacos but if I were to get them, it would be here and it would be the swordfish. I pork chop, which was about one and a half inches thick and cooked medium. It came with roasted grape, tomato, garlic, spinach, and seasoned mashed potato with a crispy topping. There’s another word for it, but it escapes me.? Expensive, but to me worth it as a rare tree. Parking can be an issue if they are having an event but there is parking across the street and the signs will tell you that it is also also for red drum. …"
"Brunch was delicious, eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly, and it was a fun twist that it came on Texas toast. The donut holes were huge, and so good!"
"Great Father’s Day brunch experience after a tentative start. Though it took a good 15 minutes before our server arrived, she owned it and comp’d our dessert without us ever having to say a word! Great integrity! Mimosa and Bloody Mary to start with an appetizer of Fried Shrimp. Fresh and very lightly fried. Our entrées were Shrimp and Grits and Eggs Benedict followed by the house made doughnuts with caramel cream. Everything was prepared to perfection. Truly worth the visit."
"We ate here with 8 people and everyone loved the food. From kids quesadills to Pan Seared Sea Scallops, everything was delicious. It's a really nice atmosphere that feels different than most restaurants. Low light and old wooden doors make you feel like you are in a different time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the Pan Seared Sea Scallops were the best Scallops I have ever had."
