"Contacted Donna last Monday morning and said “We need a mattress…today.” She immediately asked what time we could meet her and was willing to meet on our schedule. Met her at the store later that day. To say she is an expert on her products is truly an understatement. We were overwhelmed by all of the choices, but Donna asked a few questions (ex. Side/back sleeper? Hot/cold? etc.) and went to work. She had us try several mattresses and even remembered our comments from prior mattresses to keep each one fresh in our minds. We picked the one we wanted, paid and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. The mattress came in a box, so it was super easy to transport! After a week using this mattress, I can truly say we made the best choice of mattress and would absolutely recommend Donna and Mattress by Appointment Seneca to anyone!
