"This Wendy’s is SLACK!!! They denied having my online order, when indeed they took my money off of my debit card and I had a confirmation number. After about 30 minutes of them telling me they wouldn’t make my food because they didn’t “see” my order, they discovered part of my order on the counter (where it was the entire time getting cold). I checked the food and of course they left items out and had an attitude about it. The manager was no help either, she was outside smoking and when she returned, she was told of my situation and walked right on by without a word or solution. If I could give a zero, I would. This place is always a joke! And the frosties I ordered were supposed to be medium sized. it wasn’t a medium. I know better, I worked for Wendy’s as a teenager. Do yourself a favor and go to another location."

"Check your orders for missing items and the food quality before you leave. I love Wendy's but this location isn't managed properly. They miss all of the small details when it comes to food quality and temperature. They have also forgotten items from my meals recently as well. It is not difficult to read a screen!"

"Got in around to Charleston and asked the taxi to take me by Wendy’s because I was starving. Waited 25 minutes behind 9 cars for them to tell us me at the order window they were only accepting mobile orders. They wouldn’t let me place an order but had to get out of line to place the Mobile order and get back in line. Did that … got the coldest, nastiest hamburger I’ve ever tasted. Not even edible. So I paid taxi fees to wait on HORRIBLE service and a disgusting hamburger."

"Was a regular at this location, but the drive-thru service is poor every time. Always waiting 30 minutes+, turns out they may have run out of product today? No store employees came out to greet us or warn us of a slow down. About 10-12 cars, no lie, evaporated from the line. Something needs to change about how this store is operated...par for the course for the many airport-adjacent Wendy's that I have seen."

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! We pulled in for a late night dinner for 6 at 1am after a log day of traveling. We were super patient as we knew it was late and we were ordering for quite a few. The woman on shift was HORRIBLE. She basically threw our food at us and was making horrible comments while we were waiting for our food and while we were driving off. On top of the disgusting customer service. We got back to open our food and 3/4 of our burgers were PINK!!! See photos attached."
