"I came in here after work to grab some beer. I brought it up to the cashier and she snatched it away saying let me see your ID. I gave her my ID and she looked at me and said “ you look like a child!”. I’m 21 and 6’2 with a mustache, not really offended as much as I am annoyed that the partially drunk service clerk points out customers appearances. Definitely won’t be coming back here ever again"

"That was probably the most disrespectful customer service experience I have ever had in my life. The lady at the counter didn't say a single word to me hardly, stared at me like I was in her way and a bother and then out of the three items that I got she just threw a bag upside down over my beer, didn't even pick it up, not bagging my other item and looked at me. Yalls stores normally better"

"Why do you close a store when people are going to work and need to get gas and coffee when you're supposed to be 24 hours? One employee actually "shoo'd" me away. I'll go to a different store from now on."

"A cashier named Monique stole a cellphone last night and the Assistant Manager refused to help and caught an attitude for even being asked to check the cameras. Filing a police report to have the cameras rolled back and will be suing the company for their employees theft and actions."

"this Spinx recently added self checkout capabilities and the attitude of the employees went from Customer friendly to anti-customer. Treating customers like toddlers and telling them they must use the self check out instead of going to an employee already at a register. The employees went from friendly to rude. Guess This is the newest version of "Parker's Kitchen" where do should not expect any customer service or friendliness whatsoever. I will take my business elsewhere"
