"I went here with my partner yesterday on 9/4/2023 just to get her nails done. When the man was asking what size nail she had wanted, she had asked for longer nails and he said he'd have the one woman there work on her since he only did shorter nails. About 5 minutes later he came back and started working on her nails. During the filing process he ended up cutting her pinky finger really bad as he seemed to be trying to rush it. After that he ended up having the woman start working on her, and she ended up doing a pretty botched job. After the end of my all, from afar the nails look great but when you are actually close up there's a lot of imperfections and bumps on them that are noticeable and are able to be felt. After leaving and checking on the finger that got cut, my partner ended up noticing 2 more cuts as well that weren't tended to, even though they weren't as bad as least. Later in the day they started having pains from the acrylics that were put on her hand. Overall I'm pretty upset and dissatisfied with the results overall"
