"Had an appointment today at 10:45 with Teresa, and when I arrived she was busy cutting someone else's hair. After waiting 20 mins she approached me and asked if I minded if she cut another customers hair, the friend of the person who's haircut she was cutting when I arrived for my appointment. I said no, I did mind, because I'm already 20 mins past my scheduled appointment and had other things to do. So she sat me down and I told her what I needed done and she got to work. It took her all of 6 mins to halfway cut my hair and ask if that was good enough. I said no and asked her to take more off like I originally instructed, and just like the last time she cut my hair, so she tried and messed my hair up worse. I asked her to slow down because she was trying to rush through my haircut to get to the next customer. She continued, then asked if I was was satisfied, to which I said yes and got up, walked to front to pay... simply because I didn't want her doing anything else. I'll never get a haircut here again since Ms Betty doesn't work here anymore. She was the only reason I used megacuts to begin with. I had to get my hair fixed elsewhere.. thanks. Zero stars if it was an option."

"I had an appointment today with Katrina to get my natural brunette hair colored platinum blonde and I was told that it may take a few times to get it the way I want it. I was skeptical and nervous at first because I've never done anything like this to my hair besides dying it with the at home kits. Katrina took her time talking me through the different options and we found the best one for what I was looking to achieve. We went with the foil wrap. I can't believe I waited this long to get my hair colored professionally. I LOVE IT!! Katrina was able to get it in one shot!! And she curled my hair and it's beautiful! I've never been able to curl my hair and it stay curled. The staff and I were amazed that my hair was able to take the color so well, especially during the first visit!!
