"Before writing this review I made sure to reflect on what happened last night(2/14/24). Last night was the worst experience I've ever had in a Savannah Restaurant. Initially, we felt dismissed by the waitress. We noticed her attentiveness to other tables that were seated after us. What made the already so-so experience worse was a Roach, not a Palmetto ran across our table. The Waitress in passing came to see what was wrong and saw the Roach and tried to isolate it. At the same time, dinner came out and was placed on the table. The Waitress offered to seat us somewhere else. I obliged but my partner wanted no part of the establishment. While we were waiting (standing) for our check near the bar, the Manager Heard us saying- Isn't it weird she (the waitress) didn't get a manager. A woman overheard us and introduced herself as a manager. She was a little more responsive than the waitress. She went to speak with the waitress and brought our check. We paid our $88 bill and left. While we were outside the establishment, we thought about the experience and couldn't believe what had just happened. I went back into the establishment to ask for the general manager's card. The hostess told us the manager we spoke with was the General Manager. I couldn't believe this and hoped this wasn't true! This experience was awful, we were not treated appropriately. This establishment has a lot of work to do regarding customer service, and need a better exterminator I want to also add this was our second time at this establishment."

"This place is amazing!!! We had a reservation at 6pm and we did get there a tad early. But they seated us immediately, and were greeted by the waiter Casey the moment we sat down. The attentiveness and customer service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. Cheers to the chef hands down one of the best experiences! The flavors in every single dish was delicious thank you for a wonderful experience!"

"We really liked Local 11ten. Great food, service, and wine/cocktails. Lovely rooftop bar with food service. We went back again during our trip and will definitely be regulars if we end up moving to Savannah."

"Our experience here was top-notch in every way (the absolute best on our entire weeklong trip in Charleston and Savannah)! The atmosphere was intimate, the lighting was romantic, the décor was chic and warm, and the music was downtempo and chill. We received complimentary bread to start, which was soft and delicious with herbed butter magic on the side. The cocktails and food were exquisite and comparably priced to other upscale establishments we visited. For dinner, we ordered Caeser Salad, Grilled Strip Steak, and a half order of House Made Garganelli. The salad was delicious (enough for 2), and we appreciated the presentation. The steak was cooked to perfection and tasted divine with the black garlic demi-glaze. The pasta was cooked al dente, and the Bolognese was oh so flavorful with just the right amount of sauce. What elevated our experience to the next level was our amazing server, Calia(?) who was attentive, on-point with timing, and gave us incredible service. She helped us celebrate a recent life event without prompting, and we were sincerely grateful to her. So glad to have tried this incredible restaurant and cannot wait to return on our next visit.! 10/10 gold stars!"

"The menu selection was smaller than we expected, but we easily found things we like. The mussels were the best I've ever tasted! The grilled okra impressed this southern girl! Sarah was a great server! Would definitely ask for her next time...and there will be a next time!"
