Burger King

"My whopper with cheese meal was hot but the drive thru line is always so slow. I witnessed several cars leave the line to go elsewhere. When I reached the window, I noticed several employees were just standing around talking. I try to support the neighborhood Burger King but I wish they were more productive to serve the food a little faster."

"You get what you pay for. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger with onion rings, and my wife had an impossible burger with cheesy tots, I believe. I didn't get my tots. My burger didn't have mushrooms or Swiss on it. The sauce was lumpy, and somehow, they gave me cold nuggets, which I didn't order. The whole experience was horrible, I don't understand how you can't make the right burger or get the right sides. It's on the ticket and screen. So I can say I won't be back."

"Worst service ever. They had no one in line, asked us to pull up, and brought out the wrong order. We told them it was wrong and they took the food and never came back out."

"This is in regards to BK on 601 Martin Luther King in Savannab Georgia. On 11/28/23 at 1:05pm I was in drive thru waited over 10 minutes to get to the order sceeen. Ordered a number 1 with coke. The price on screen was $9 and change. The order taker says that will be $11.42 drive around. Am guessing taxes are high- no biggie. I wait another 5 plus minutes to get up to window to pay. Give $12 no change given. When I ask for change he says oh- pulls drawer open- it was not closed all the way and hands me two quarters. I ask for a receipt - he says machine is broken. I wait another 5 minutes no food- decide to just drive off without food. If machine is truly broken- ok- but appears employees are taking money- not ringing in and trying to figure out how to get food out."

"Big fish? Small as hell and so hard I couldnt even bite it. Been in a window for an hour prolly. 2 pounds of tartar and a soggy bun didnt even help soften that concrete slab sandwich. The whopper was cold and loaded with lettuce mayo and ketchup with a hint of a possible burger somewhere in the mix of slop. Tried 2 times in a month and the food is just garbage. Wouldnt give it to a homeless man. -5 stars"
