"I came to Cost Cutter today because I had been so busy lately, that I had neglected my hair. I am also not good at planning days ahead and waiting days for a hair appointment. Michael was the only hair stylist available and I was a little apprehensive at first, but when he was done I was so happy. It is the best hair cut I had in a long time. He trimmed my long hair, added some layers, shaped it a little around my face, gave it some height at the top. All of that without getting scissor happy like so many stylists get. I certainly will ask for Michael again the next time."
