"I was here from out of town and was taking my aunt to get her hair cut. While I was there I decided to go ahead and get my color done because it was so close to my hair appointment back home and got a hair cut. Holly did a great job with the color and Jayson really did a great job with my hair , blended it better than it was. I went in and told him to do what they thought was a good color and hair cut for shape of my face and they did. Highly recommend this place very friendly."

"I called the salon around March 11 to make an appointment with Jayson because I needed an experienced stylist to help with color. Holly answered the phone. I explained that I had a bad Keratin treatment and bad color and wanted Jayson to take a look at it and make a correction plan. An appointment was made for March 27. When I arrived at the salon, much to my surprise, my appointment was with Holly. Since I had to have my hair done because I was leaving for Florida the next day and his website claimed all his stylists were super competent, I just let her do my hair. Biggest mistake of my life. She charged me $270 and fried my hair. It's been breaking off, my hair is brittle, horribly dry and a mess. When I called back to speak to Jayson to demand my money back and corrective treatments, she refused to give him my message and told me she could give me a complimentary keratin treatment that would last for 10 to 12 weeks. I'm filing a complaint with the Cosmetology Board and filing a lawsuit. Maybe I'll hear from Jayson now."
