"Most of the stylists are really nice and good at their job however my Fiancé recently got her hair cut here and they absolutely destroyed it. The stylist wouldn't stop saying how dry and gross her hair was. She asked to get a few inches off of the ends to help get rid of a few split ends but the stylist insisted that she needed a lot cut off. She told her that she wanted as little off as possible and she proceeded to literally cut a foot of hair off. It sounds like I'm being dramatic but we actually measured it. The stylist is lucky I don't mention her name but I recommend staying away from this location."

"I’ve never walked out of the salon hating my hair. This was a first. Also if you don’t know how to do layers please just tell the client. The lady kept cutting and cutting without a clue and free handing it. My hair was so uneven I had to go home and have my boyfriend fix it. Negative stars"

"I wanted a tapered fade and this is what I got! Didn’t clean me after! On top of this bad haircut, I was treated like a dirt. Jasmine (hairdresser) kept complaining that I got a lot of hair!! Another hairdresser looked at me and then talked to Jasmine about how she likes to get in a king-sized bed together with Jasmine where no male involved!! That’s a very inappropriate thing to say in-front of your customers! Worst experience ever! I’ve been a regular Great Clips customer no matter where I am. But now I’ll never step a foot inside any of their branches. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T COME TO GREAT CLIPS"
