"I went here yesterday and if I could give it 0 stars, I would. The lady that took me about 50-ish with red short hair was very unprofessional even though she said she’s been doing this for 25 years. I showed her a picture and gave a brief about what I wanted I left looking like the opposite of what I wanted. She was very aggressive and made mistakes and just shrugged her shoulders like it didn’t matter. For example one of my request was I asked her to thin out my hair and at the end she just put layers on top of layer it’s so horrible, the wigs a dollar tree look better than my hair. Please I get it, but at least care about your customers. The aggressiveness was oh most too much inconsiderate it was bad. She just kept on pulling my hair and snipping like she didn’t care about pain or anything. I asked to keep my shoulder length hair but ended up leaving with hair just above my ears. I don’t not suggest anyone who wants anything other than a trim to go there."
