"The atmosphere and staff are amazing. Farrah has done my hair a few times already as I just moved to the area and I feel like a whole new person! She was able to get me to the shade of blonde I always wanted to be, I am over the moon! The rest of the staff is also super knowledgable and everyone I have seen leaves looking like an amazing new version of themselves. Takes your self esteem to a whole new level when people know what they are doing, do it well, and have a great and warm personality to match. Southern charm and skills are far from lacking here."

"Don Leonard was unbelievably unprofessional and so rude! Horrible personality. I explained to him what I was looking for and issues I’d been experiencing with color. His response was if I wasn’t comfortable with him and his abilities, I could leave and find another hair stylist. I should have! He was defensive and bragged of his list of credentials, which clearly were untrue. My hair came out so bad, he immediately tried to fix it. The fix was no better. I was at the salon for approximately 5-6 hours. And of course, I had to have another salon do a color correction."
