"My sister and I decided to try Zaxby’s for a Zalad. I haven’t been since Covid. This location is new and convenient to where I live. The food was as good as I remember. I was especially impressed with Kevin who took and placed our order and even checked on how our food was during dinner. He is such a polite and knowledgeable young man. Everything was great and the cleanliness was spot on!! Five stars from us."

"Ordered from this location 5 times and NOT once have they ever gotten our order correct. Customer service is rude, they barely put any sauce on the food, and again they can't get the orders right. This was supposed to be a Spicy Signature Club in Nuclear, but it's just a Spicy sandwich. Do not order from this location, you'll regret it."

"I would love to write a positive review and really don't enjoy writing negative reviews but I think as a business owner I would want to know how my store performed. First off, $13 worth of fast food chicken tenders with some fries and a drink shouldn't take 10 minutes to order. I sat behind one car on the inside lane for 10 minutes before ordering, and when I went to order they had one person working both lanes, and she kept serving the outside lane. Then, driving a large truck I couldn't make it to the first window. She made me get out of my truck to come pay instead of just letting me pay at the second window. **Employees were SUPER NICE and well mannered. It just clearly was a operation at the drive through that lacked efficiency. Once again, I will say fries and 4 chicken tenders that cost $13 should take 5 min to order and get them, not 20."

"My family has been here a couple of times. Not a great experience for any of those times. First off the drive through was designed by an idiot. If you have a bigger vehicle you’re going to have to go through the outer lane in order to be able to actually pull up to the first window to pay….but you also don’t want to go through the outer lane because 3 or 4 cars in the first lane will probably pass you while you sit there waiting for someone to actually take your order. Also the fries have sucked every time."
